Frequently Asked Questions

STILL NOT SURE?

What is the difference between Carbon Literacy and your ‘Cli-Mate’ workshop?

‘Cli-Mate’ is a shorter, bespoke engagement session designed to spark initial interest and align teams. In contrast, Carbon Literacy is a more intensive, accredited training day that provides a deep dive into climate science and results in a formal, globally recognised qualification for every attendee.

Is this just a certificate, or will it actually change how our teams work?

Carbon Literacy is far more than just a certificate; to pass the course, every participant must design and commit to a significant action that reduces carbon within your business. This ensures that the training translates immediately into tangible operational changes and potential cost savings.

Can this training help our company become an accredited ‘Carbon Literate Organisation’?

Yes, certifying your employees is the primary requirement for achieving Carbon Literate Organisation (CLO) status. This training provides the evidence needed to apply for that accreditation, serving as a powerful badge of honour for your brand and stakeholders.

Is this course suitable for all employees, regardless of their role or seniority?

Absolutely; the course is designed to be accessible to everyone from junior staff to senior leadership. By training a mix of employees, you foster a shared language and a unified culture of sustainability that permeates every level of your organisation.

Dont just take our word for it..

Oh wow! Thank you so much Richard! Thank you so much for being a fabulous trainer – I really enjoyed the course – it really made me think about things differently and I have already started making positive changes both at home and within the business.
